Family sessions

Time flies when you're a parent. One moment you're blissfully exhausted, cuddled up to a tiny, mewing newborn; lost in the seemingly endless nights of feeds and long-stretched days of routine, and the next moment they're swiftly approaching secondary school and are almost the same height as you. Children grow so very quickly - as a mother of three, I know this well.

Sessions with me are natural, largely candid and very relaxed. They are held in a location of your choosing - either at home or somewhere you love to explore as a family. I capture the magic in everyday life; documenting those little details that you don’t want to forget. From the tiny curls and wisps of hair on their head as a baby, to the dimples on their chubby toddler hands as they clutch their favourite toy, to the array of wondrous, silly faces they pull as a preschooler. These are the moments that are often lost and forgotten as they grow, but when captured will invoke gorgeous, nostalgic memories and conversations for many years to come.

Package One – £185

Includes:

Consultation email(s) before your shoot.
1 hour family photo shoot, in a location of your choosing. Let's go on an adventure in the woods, paddle in the sea, or build dens in your living room!
All (usually 40+) expertly edited photos sent digitally. *Please note that Package 1 is only available for sessions within East Yorkshire (or within a one hour radius of HU16.

Package Two - £270

Includes:

Consultation email(s) before your shoot.
2 hour family photo shoot, in a location of your choosing. Let's go on an adventure in the woods, paddle in the sea, or build dens in your living room!
All (usually 80+) expertly edited photos sent digitally.
10 beautifully presented, high quality prints of your choice (any combination of '6x4' and '7x5' size prints).

Package three - £495
'Morning/afternoon in the life of'

Includes:

Consultation email(s) before your shoot.
A shoot lasting up to 4 hours, in a couple of locations of your choosing (usually at home and then a walk locally). This shoot is incredibly candid, capturing the essence of your family life.
All (usually 120+) expertly edited photos sent digitally.
20 beautifully presented, high quality prints of your choice (15 x any combination of '6 x 4' & '7 x 5' size prints, 2 x '8 x 6' & 1 x '10 x 8' and 2 x A4).

Seasonal mini shoots

I will be returning to The Pumpkin Patch Produce for Pumpkin Mini Sessions again in 2026! More details to follow in August/September 2026.

My seasonal mini sessions sell out very quickly, so please email [email protected] to be added to the priority booking list.

The printers I use are specially calibrated with me to ensure correct colours. The prints themselves are of the highest quality, and make beautiful presents or are perfect for your own walls. Our house is full of them! A print price list is available on request for additional prints.

BOOKING INFORMATION

I’m based in the beautiful county of East Yorkshire, and we are incredibly lucky to have such a variety of stunning locations on our doorstep here! We can head to the magnificent Yorkshire coast with it's stretches of sandy beach, or go for a walk in the Wolds; exploring the woods and magical dens. Location is a key part of our consultation emails.

I'm also more than happy to travel - I love exploring the UK! Please note, shoots outside of East Yorkshire will incur travel expenses.

CAN MY PETS BE INVOLVED IN THE SESSION?

Definitely! Sessions can include all the family - dogs are always more than welcome. (And any other pets if we're shooting at home. I love animals!).

CAN I REARRANGE THE SHOOT IF IT'S RAINING / SOMEONE IS POORLY?

Of course. I'm more than happy to reschedule for illness or rainy weather! I want you to have photos you will treasure forever - and this won't be the case if we're hiding under a tree from the rain, or someone is covered in chicken pox. Please give me at least 24 hours notice for postponement.

Please note that shoots cannot be postponed for grey days.
