Pregnancy is such a tremendous, empowering (exhausting!) time in your life. From the first flutters, to intense cravings; it is such a unique experience. And then your beautiful bundle arrives. Your tiny, scrunched up newborn, and you are lost in a haze of sleepless days and nights; blissfully in love with the little person you made. As a mother of three, I know how precious your pregnant and new baby days are - and how swiftly they pass by.
Sessions with me are natural, candid and very relaxed. Maternity sessions are a wonderful way to celebrate your pregnancy; to take a couple of hours out of the hecticness of modern life and focus on the new person you are nurturing and growing. We could go for a (gentle) walk, and capture you and your bump in the great outdoors, or we could stay at home and capture memories with older siblings - baking cupcakes, or playing your favourite games.
Equally, newborn sessions are a quiet haven in the midst of visitors and well-wishers. Sessions generally last two hours in your own home, and that time is spent peacefully documenting all of those little details that you don't want to forget. From their tiny fingers next to your hands, to their tiny toes while they feed and doze. Sessions are led by your beautiful baby; documenting some of their first days in the world, capturing the memories that are often lost as they grow.
