Hello - I'm Hannah! I'm very excited to be returning to Molescroft Farm Nursery and Preschool this October and November - thank you for taking the time to visit my website and learn more about the photo sessions I will be holding. 

As with the nursery photos in previous years, the sessions will be a slightly different set up to the backdrop and studio lights of a traditional nursery/school photographer. Each session will be held outside in the orchard, and will involve a mixture of 'posed' photos and some more natural, fun photos that capture the character of your child.

How can I book?

Please read below carefully

The photo sessions will be happening on Monday 21st, Tuesday 22nd and Wednesday 23rd October and Thursday 7th November and Friday 8th November 2024. These sessions are open to the entire nursery and preschool, but please note I only have capacity for 100 children this year so be quick to avoid disappointment. If you would like to book your child onto a session, please email me ([email protected]) the following details by Thursday 10th October 2024 at the latest: 

  • The name of your child/ren.
  • The days of the week they attend Molescroft Farm Nursery/Preschool. 
  • Which room they attend and/or their age. 

 

An automated confirmation will be sent out as soon as I receive your email, and then I will confirm which day your child/ren have a session and send through payment details on Tuesday 15th October. If I fill all 100 slots before Thursday 10th October, booking will close and the automated email will inform you that I am fully booked. You will then be added to the cancellation waiting list.

Payment is due 48 hours before your session, and additional digitals can be purchased once you have received your gallery. There will also be a couple of print package options with your gallery if you would like to buy any prints through me. 

How much?

£25, which includes the session fee and 3 beautifully edited digital images with full print release.

Additonal digitals can be ordered once you have received your gallery - these are priced at £10 each. 

WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO INCLUDE ON MY BOOKING?

When booking, please include:

  • the name of your child/ren.
  • which days of the week they attend nursery/preschool.
  • the room they attend/their age(s).

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF MY BOOKING?

An automated confirmation will be sent out as soon as I receive your email.

Further information about the sessions (including specific days and clothing advice) and payment details will be sent to you on Tuesday 15th October 2024. Payment is required 48 hours before your session.

SEND SESSIONS

The pace of the regular morning sessions can be a bit overwhelming for children with additional needs. If you would prefer to bring your child/ren along to a quieter 1-2-1 afternoon session, please let me know in your booking email. 

Can you accommodate siblings?

Of course - I'm more than happy to accommodate siblings! If they're both at the nursery/preschool, please let me know which rooms they're in when you email.

If you would like photos with younger siblings who don't attend yet, please let me know in your booking email as I will be holding a limited number of afternoon sessions for non-attending siblings.

prints

I will be including a couple of different print package options with your galleries to help get you ready for Christmas! The printers I use are specially calibrated to my work to ensure colour correctness. The photographs are printed on high quality lustre photographic paper. Prints are delivered in a kraft envelope. The prints make beautiful presents (and/or are perfect for your own walls)!
